Henley was pretty deserted today and the beautiful Indian restaurant , The Spice Merchant had only us eating there. Nan to die for and a first...Tandoori Brocoli in yogurt. Then a drink at the Angel...the oldest pub..beside the river with the flood waters lapping at the deck.

Off to QCYC with Potts, Doves & Mel. Brought 12 cartons for Long Flat to cruise down with. Weather looks great.

an update on the brighton to queenscliff weekend. as your wonder husband suggested we had good weather. however had to motor down to QYC as the rope to the mailsail snapped in johns hands as we we about to strat the race at brighton. Bryan reckons john is too strong for his own good (i doubt that!) a nice trip to QYC however. dovie and john have decided Bryan is angling for the commodore position as he was doing a lot of hobnobbing!!! nice spot at the QYC ( i have been there before).
it looks like you are enjoying the beginning of your holiday, keep it up
